Q1. Are you the shoes manufacturer? Packaging & Shipping FAQ A1. We are a shoe manufacturer in Wangdu county, Hebei province, with 2 production lines, 1000 square meter stock warehouse and more than 8 years' shoes producing experience.
Q2. Can you do the customized shoes order? A2. Yes, we supply a wide range of shoes design, material, logo, package customization. For the customization order, we can supply the sample according customer's requirement. Once the sample is approval, we do the bulk order production.
Q3. Can you support the sample order? A3. Yes. Both ready stock shoes sample and customization sample, we can supply. Ready stock sample time is about 3-5days; customization sample time is about 10-20days. Sample fee will be refunded to you in subsequent bulk order.
Q4. What's the MOQ? A4. For ready stock shoes order, MOQ 30 pairs/style, can mixed size and colors; customized shoes order, MOQ 1000 pairs/style, can mixed size and colors.
